It all began in Toronto in the early 1950’s when David Sud as an immigrant from Poland came to Toronto, Canada. He had no real estate development experience, but did possess a bold entrepreneurial spirit, vision and passion for construction. David started his own career with building his first duplex apartment complex. From the start, David knew that through sheer hard work, integrity and honesty, he had the basis of a burgeoning real estate development business, that continued to expand into retail, commercial and industrial development in Canada and the United States. David was fortunate to pass on to his hard work ethic to the next generation where his sons have led the more recent success of The Sud Group real estate business.
