Weigel Property Management (WPM) is an experienced Property Management firm located in the Waterloo Region which specializes in Residential and Commercial Condominium Management. WPM has been serving the Waterloo and Wellington Region for nearly Fifty years, getting its start administering newly constructed condos built by S P Weigel Construction in the 1970s. In 1993, Michelle Weigel purchased WPM and further incorporated the company in 2000. She has been running the company as its owner and president ever since, along with a dedicated team of highly experienced property managers, administrative, and accounting staff. WPM is purposefully structured to provide clients with a range of support as we employ a highly skilled tight-knit team of licensed property management professionals well-versed in all the regulations detailed in the Condominium Act as well as the governing documents of each community. Our dedicated team provides a seamless client experience, bringing superior technical and engineering expertise, sound financial and investment advice, and leveraging leading-edge software to provide industry-leading administrative services to our clients.
