2021 Awards of Excellence in Housing winners announced

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Edmonton Region is pleased to announce the winners of the 2021 Awards of Excellence in Housing.
The Awards were presented in 59 individual categories including Single Family, Multi-Family, Infill, Renovation, Sales Centre, Advertising, Development, Leadership, Environmental, Builders’ Choice, Sales Volume, Sales People and Builder/Realtor.
One of the big winners this year was Brookfield Residential, which took home the prestigious Builder of the Year – Large Volume award.
“Winning the Builder of the Year – Large Volume, is an immediate reflection of the entire Brookfield Residential team,” says Raegan Sather, Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing, Residential-Alberta. “We work to empower our employees, create an environment of diversity and inclusion, and support them to do what they do best – creating the best places to call home. These are the pillars of what makes Brookfield Residential: passion, integrity and community.”
Cantiro CEO and Founder, George Cantalini, says they were pleasantly surprised when Cantiro won for Builder of the Year – Multi-Family.
“This is the first Builder of the Year award our company has received, and it’s pretty incredible that it came when our entire organization banded together as one entity, especially while in the middle of these unprecedented times,” Cantalini says. “I’m so proud of what our team have been able to accomplish this past year and am looking forward to showcase even more about what makes our company amazing.”
