It was a return to glamour and greatness as the BILD Calgary Region (BILDCR) announced the winners for the 2021 BILDCR Awards!

This year, over 1,100 members of industry attended the 2021 BILDCR Awards Gala on April 30 at the Telus Convention Centre where the brightest from Calgary and Region were rewarded for their innovation over the last year. The 2021 BILDCR Awards Gala featured 11 categories along with the prestigious BILDCR Grand Awards.

Morrison Homes led the list of winners as they took home their 15th Builder of the Year (Large Volume) Grand award. Among the other Grand Award winners were Logel Homes for Multi-Family Builder of the Year ((Large Volume), Renova Homes & Renovations for Multi-Family Builder of the Year (Small Volume), and Riverview Homes for Single-Family Builder of the Year (Small Volume).

After two years of holding virtual celebrations, this year’s awards marked a special occasion for Calgary’s new home industry to reconnect and celebrate accomplishments over the challenges of the past years.

BILDCR CEO, Brian Hahn, extended his thanks to everyone involved with the 2021 BILDCR Awards, and he congratulated all the winners and finalists.

BILDCR works closely with various levels of government and stakeholder groups to ensure vibrant, established neighborhoods and new communities in our region – now, and in the future. BILDCR provides our members with a variety of opportunities to learn, connect, and share knowledge in order to improve our industry and ultimately meet the housing needs of our communities in the Calgary region.
