2022 Awards of Excellence in housing winners announced

It was a return to glamour and greatness as the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Edmonton Region (CHBA-ER) announced the winners of the 2022 Awards of Excellence in Housing, presented by Star Mechanical.

The gala awards were back in all its glory after pandemic-induced virtual celebrations over the past two years, and it was a better-than-ever party that spotlights the industry’s resilience through the many challenges it faced in that span.

Coventry Homes was the big winner of the night, taking home Builder of the Year-Large Volume, Industry Leadership Award, and six other awards through the night.

The Awards were presented in 64 individual categories including Single Family, Multi-Family, Infill, Garage/Secondary Suite, Renovation, Sales Centre, Advertising, Development, Leadership, Environmental, Builders’ Choice, Sales Volume, and Sales People.

CHBA-Edmonton Region is a not-for-profit, volunteer driven organization that is the voice of the residential construction industry representing more than 430 member companies. Membership is comprised of new home builders, renovators, developers, trade contractors, building material manufacturers and suppliers, lenders, and other residential construction industry professionals.
