2023 BILD Alberta finalists announced

It has been an impressive year for the new home industry in Alberta, and it is time again to celebrate those achievements as the BILD (Building Industry and Land Development) Alberta unveils the finalists for the highly anticipated BILD Alberta Awards.

These awards recognize excellence and innovation in the residential construction sector, highlighting the exceptional achievements of home builders, renovators, and developers from across the province. The BILD Alberta Awards are presented by Travelers Canada.

These exceptional projects reflect our members’ dedication to building outstanding homes and communities that enhance the lives of Albertans. Congratulations to all the finalists for their outstanding contributions to Alberta’s residential construction landscape,” said Scott Fash, Executive Director of BILD Alberta.

An impressive 365 submissions were received and narrowed down to the following finalists by industry judges. The finalists represent a diverse range of new homes, renovations, community developments, and safety leadership across more than 35 categories. Four prestigious Pinnacle Awards will be awarded to the top-scoring builder in small and large volume along with the top developer and renovator. Points for the Pinnacle Awards are based on the finalist results along with additional points for community service, association parcipation, safety leadership and customer service. Finalists for the Pinnacle Awards will be announced at the award ceremony.

The winners of the BILD Alberta Awards will be announced at a gala event on September 16 at the Beyond the BILD Conference at the Banff Springs Hotel.
