2024 BILD Alberta Winners

The winners of this year’s prestigious BILD (Building Industry and Land Development) Alberta Awards were announced at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge on November 4.

This year’s event celebrated outstanding achievements in design, innovative communities, safety leadership, and professional renovations, concluding with the presentation of the prestigious Pinnacle Awards.

Jayman BUILT came out as the big winner, taking home both Pinnacle Awards for Large Volume Builder and Multi-Family Builder. The new home builder and land developer that operates in both Edmonton and Calgary took home a total of seven awards that night.

Other Pinnacle winners include Red Deer’s Colbray Homes for Small Volume Builder; Ultimate Renovations of Calgary for Renovator; and Brookfield Residential for Developer.

“The BILD Alberta Awards are a tribute to the incredible work of our members. Each year, we’re inspired by the creativity and dedication that shape Alberta’s residential spaces. These awards highlight our industry’s focus on innovation, safety, and the development of vibrant, livable communities,” says Scott Fash, Chief Executive Officer of BILD Alberta.

The ceremony also recognized winners across various individual categories, celebrating a diverse range of new home construction, professional renovations and community developments. From innovative designs to communities that foster belonging and transformative home renovations, the event highlighted numerous noteworthy achievements.
