BILD Alberta is excited to unveil the 2025 BILD Alberta Award finalists, presented by Travelers Canada. These awards recognize the outstanding accomplishments of home builders, professional renovators, and land developers from across the province.

This year’s program saw a remarkable 430+ submissions, showcasing the innovation and design that define Alberta’s residential construction landscape. Finalists were carefully selected by a panel of 100 respected industry professionals and span over 40 diverse categories, including new home construction, professional renovations, community development, energy efficiency, innovation, and safety leadership.

“The BILD Alberta Awards highlight the incredible creativity, design, and innovation our members bring to every project,” says Scott Fash, CEO of BILD Alberta. “With Alberta experiencing another year of record housing starts, this year’s finalists demonstrate our industry’s unwavering commitment to delivering a wide range of housing options for all Albertans.”

The BILD Alberta Award winners will be announced on September 13, 2025, during a special gala evening at the BILD Beyond Boundaries Conference in Banff, Alberta. The evening will conclude with the highly anticipated Pinnacle Awards, honouring the industry’s most outstanding contributors.
