Artesia by Brookfield Residential at Heritage Pointe
September 17, 2019
From bold colours and finishing choices, to eye-catching design – Brookfield Residential is wowing visitors with their newest showhomes in Artesia at Heritage Pointe.
The two new showhomes are the 1,848-sq.-ft. Catania, a bungalow with a Prairie elevation; and the 2,699-sq.-ft. Imperia, a two-storey home with a French Country elevation.
“With these showhomes, we wanted to showcase different styles with one of them a bungalow, and the other a two-storey,” says community manager Charles Maguet.
“As soon as you walk into The Catania, you’re met with an industrial, minimalist feel. People like it because it’s very bold with lots of black, metals and black accents,” Maguet says. “The biggest wow factor is the staircase with its floor-to-ceiling black iron spindles and glass rail; it’s a stunning feature and it really sets the mood for the rest of the home."
“They also love the kitchen with the full-height cabinets, butler pantry, large island with waterfall quartz and metal hood fan that ties in with the metal above the fireplace in the great room,” he comments, adding other features boosting the wow factor include unique tile designs in the main floor master bedroom’s ensuite, the lower-level wine storage and the great room’s 13-ft. raised ceiling.
Meanwhile, the Imperia offers a “farmhouse/Hamptons’ feel so it’s light and bright,” Maguet says. “The kitchen wows people with two islands in dark green to showcase bold colour, and because it’s a central kitchen, it’s the centre of the action when hosting parties. Everyone loves the view of the pond.”
Other features wowing buyers include the glass-walled gym downstairs, central bonus room upstairs and main floor mudroom that has two benches, lockers and hooks – ideal for young families.
Along with these two home styles, Brookfield has numerous plans available and you can personalize them to meet your family’s needs to create your dream home.
Artesia at Heritage Pointe is a 136-acre estate community being developed by Brookfield Residential that is just minutes south of the city – providing a country feel that’s still just minutes from major shops, groceries, services and more at nearby Seton.
“People are attracted to Artesia because of the lifestyle – it’s very quiet with large lots, more space between homes for a private feel, and room for triple car garages,” says marketing manager Justin Castelino.
Artesia offers “a completed community feel” with parks, pathways, greenspace and ponds. There is a main park with a playground, barbecue area, tennis and basketball courts and a covered pavilion where residents can socialize.
“We’re currently in our fourth phase and coming towards a close-out of the community but there is still some really great lots available,” he says, noting most are walkout, and all back onto the ravine overlooking Bow River, ponds with water features, or greenspace.
Brookfield Residential is one of three builders in Artesia with the others being Augusta Fine Homes and Homes by Avi. Homes in this estate-only community start in the $800,000s.
Maguet notes that Brookfield’s former showhome – the Carmini 2 bungalow – is for sale and comes fully furnished at $1.59 million. To learn more, visit the showhomes, open Monday to Thursday, 2 p.m. - 8 p.m., and weekends and holidays, noon-5 p.m., call 403.452.7320 or visit liveatartesia.ca.
