The classic NYC townhouse or Miami beachfront mansion may exceed your budget, but there's nothing wrong with a little pre-weekend window shopping. Take a celebrity home tour of Mary-Kate Olsen, Phil Collins and Jason Derulo's multi-million-dollar homes.

Mary-Kate's rental: From Full House to townhouse

To anyone who grew up in the 90s, take note: you can now rent Mary-Kate Olsen's former East Village townhouse. The fashion powerhouse, has moved on from her Full House roots as well as this classic NYC townhouse. The famous twin, or one-half of the ultimate dynamic duo, once inhabited the 4,200-sq.-ft. home with her fiance, French banker Olivier Sarkozy, from 2012 to last year.

According to The Real Deal, the the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is five-storeys and includes a finished walk-out basement with a 29-ft.-wide garden. They have since purchased a townhouse double in size for a whopping $13.5 million, and are investing an additional $3 million for renovations and a new addition. So, to fans around the globe, here's your opportunity to fulfill your your childhood dreams – for $26,000 a month.

Phil Collins snags JLO's old pad

Price: $33 million

JLO seems to sell real estate left right and centre; she recently listed her LA pad for $17.5 million. This Miami estate, which she owned until 2005, is another inside look at one of the many homes that the pop star has owned. Unlike the others on this list, this home isn't up for grabs as singer Phil Collins recently purchased it for $33 million, according to WSJ.

Located in Miami Beach, the 12,153-sq.-ft. Mediterranean-style home sits on a 1.2-acre property that offers a royal palm forest, pool and spa, summer kitchen and cabana, and a 1,000 sq.-ft. master bedroom. The best feature of the estate is undoubtedly the 200 ft. of waterfront on Biscayne Bay.

Jason Derulo's Coconut Creek home

Price: $2.9 million

According to WSJ, pop star and "So You Think You Can Dance" judge, Jason Derulo, has just listed his home for $2.9 million. Located in Coconut Creek, FL, the 13,000 sq.-ft. home includes a lavish pool with a waterfall, and game room. According to public records, Derulo purchased the home in 2009 for $1.75 million and proceeded to add marble floors, a gym, dance studio and a recording studio in the guest house.

The star decided it was time to say good-bye to the Mediterranean estate and upsize to a $3.9-million home, which has been described as a "castle-style" estate located in LA.
