The Sifton Decor Studio is a 2,500-sq.-ft. space designed to cater to your individual needs, wants and decor style. Under this one very trendy roof, our decor consultant and team will guide you through the new home selection experience in the most enjoyable, stress-free way possible. While other builders may ask you to visit upwards of a dozen supplier showrooms, a Sifton homeowner enjoys an exclusive one-stop-shop experience.

Once you’ve signed your deal, we get to work. This is when the magic happens. Over a series of appointments at the private studio, our team works with you to select each and every new home detail – and they do this by getting to know you. Who is going to live in your home? Do you have pets? Do you travel? Every purchaser is unique, every style is individual, and every budget is respected. While we spend time getting to know you, we will also gain a sense for what is right for you today, and what new home upgrades you could save for later. We’ll help you prioritize your design elements and introduce you to an amazing set of building standards to get you started. And not to worry, if you are out of town or would prefer to keep your distance, we are no stranger to virtual appointments and can adapt to walk you through the process.

Upon entering the studio, you’ll notice that while filled with fantastic new product, the space was actually designed to create a sense of home. A fully finished kitchen is built out, complete with a giant island to gather around, along with an entryway, living area and ensuite bath. Through an interactive experience, we’ll take a look at inspiration images, reference Sifton model homes and invite you to share ideas back and forth throughout the process.

During your first appointment, you can expect to delve into the exterior of the home, talk about staircases, fireplaces and plumbing – things that will affect the structure of your home and need to be decided early. At this appointment, we’ll also chat about everyone’s favourite – flooring! By far the most popular and exciting design choice, our wall of flooring options will be the highlight of your day. Around this same time, our decor consultant will join you to begin planning with the cabinet supplier. Here, you’ll get started designing the heart of your home – the kitchen. We’ll review layout options, finishes and discuss all of the millwork in your new home.

As your one-on-one appointments unfold, you’ll finalize your kitchen finishes, doors and hardware, trim, plumbing fixtures and more. We’ll open your eyes to new possibilities and tour you through a showroom that offers it all, in a classic, modern, yet comfortable space that will elevate your style.
