Douglas Coupland art on show in new Pemberton model

Pemberton and The Urban Townhome Collection are proud sponsors of Coupland's solo exhibition, Douglas Coupland: everywhere is anywhere and anything is everything, which opens on Jan. 31, 2015 at the Royal Ontario Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art. If you need an art fix and can't wait until the new year, you can get some immediate gratification in the form of this beautiful model townhome adorned in the vibrant art of this prolific Canadian author, artist and iconoclast.

Pemberton collaborated with Coupland's Toronto representative, Daniel Faria Gallery, to choose the pieces that grace this 3,250-sq.-ft. Victoria model townhome – Pemberton's latest and, arguably their greatest, model at this upcoming luxury townhome community steps from Bloor-Yorkville and surrounded by The University or Toronto's historic St. Michael's campus.

Under construction on Bay Street between St. Mary and St. Joseph, this collection of 19 townhomes will anchor the two now-sold-out towers that form U Condominiums. The townhomes each feature their own private garage and elevator, street-level front door entry, a private rooftop terrace, and between them, luxurious interior appointments that will make you swoon. The two-bedroom-plus-den, three-bedroom and three-bedroom-plus-den designs range from 2,350 sq. ft. (plus 677-sq.-ft. rooftop terrace) to 3,288 sq. ft. (plus 255-sq.-ft. rooftop terrace) and are priced from $1.9 million to more than $3 million.
