The excitement was palpable in downtown Burlington recently as crowds flocked to the highly anticipated VIP preview of Nautique Lakefront Residences by Adi Development Group. Set to arrive on Burlington’s coveted downtown waterfront, the iconic tower will define a new gateway to the city’s core.

Nautique’s exquisitely appointed presentation centre was abuzz with eager buyers looking to be the first to preview the unique suite layouts and spectacular model suite.

“The response from everyone who walked through the door at Nautique’s preview unveiling blew us away. The incredible demand confirms that the city has been waiting for this type of design-forward, luxury condo on the waterfront,” says Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development Group.

A standout in Burlington’s hot market, Nautique will introduce a new price point to the city’s previously unattainable waterfront, with exclusive lakefront residences starting from the high $200,000s.

Introducing an entirely new design perspective to the City’s core, Nautique’s striking contemporary façades by RAW Design make a bold statement with translucent glass and fluid lines that reflect its lakeside setting.

Preview registrants were invited to experience Nautique’s interiors designed by world-renowned Cecconi Simone, evoking a sophisticated, contemporary
lakeside lifestyle.

“We were so pleased with the response to our preview opening. Buyers are so excited about this project,” says Saud Adi, COO of Adi Development Group. “The incredible demand and feedback speaks to the fact that Nautique offers the best amenities, the best views, and the best location in the city.”

Guests enjoyed being the first to explore the expansive layout of the model suite with all elements pointing to breathtaking views of the Lake Ontario. The custom European kitchen prioritizes both style and function, set around a sleek, oversized island that doubles as both a workspace and a hub for entertaining, while panelled appliances disappear from view, hidden behind designer cabinetry.

Nautique’s amenity mix is deserving of a five-star hotel, but offered exclusively to residents. Nautique’s Sky Lounge will offer the highest vantage point in the city to take in panoramic views of Lake Ontario, and a quiet retreat in the fireside lounge. On the sixth floor, the building’s state-of-the-art fitness centre, yoga deck and outdoor pool encourage a year-round active lifestyle.

Located at the corner of Martha and Lakeshore, Nautique is a residential tower that will consist of 170 units, ranging from 452 to 1,316 sq. ft. with layouts ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedrooms plus den.
