Finding balance at Encore West Grove Estates

Cedarglen Homes introduced to Encore the three-storey Lacombe 3ST and Clairmont 26 and they have been a smash among visitors. Both offer stylish, innovative designs that perfectly fit family life in today’s world.

The two-storey, three-bedroom 2,423-square-foot Clairmont 26, and the three-storey four-bedroom, 2,685-square-foot Lacombe 3ST show how Cedarglen and Encore West Grove Estates developer, Bri-mor Developments, were able to work together to offer affordable semi-estate living in the sought after southwest.
