The recently launched Penthouse Collection at Nobu Residences Toronto has been greeted with much anticipation and success following the initial opening of the dynamic project featuring the first Nobu branded highrise residences, and Canada’s first Nobu Hotel and Nobu Restaurant.

Nobu Residences Toronto launched this summer during a press conference attended by Nobu Hospitality principals Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Academy Award-winning actor Robert De Niro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper. The chic lifestyle project will feature 660 condominium residences in two dramatic 45-storey towers designed by acclaimed Toronto-based Teeple Architects, and interior design firm, Studio Munge. This development will transform Mercer Street in the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district.

The Nobu Penthouse Collection will reside on the top five floors of the east tower, with breathtaking city and lake views. Purchasers can select from a variety of three-bedroom layouts, ranging in size from 856 to 1,500 sq. ft.

All penthouse suites will feature 10-ft. ceilings. Thoughtfully selected interior finishes by Studio Munge will feature: engineered hardwood flooring throughout, a premium selection of marble or granite kitchen countertops and backsplash, Miele kitchen appliances.

“The anticipation Torontonians have for Nobu Residences Toronto is very exciting,” says Josh Zagdanski, vice-president, highrise, Madison Group. “Since pre-construction sales began, inquiries about the Nobu Penthouses have been non-stop. Anyone who has experienced the Nobu lifestyle knows that these residences will be very special, and we are thrilled to unveil them.”

Residents will have access to the fabulous amenities, including an outdoor Nobu terrace and Nobu fitness centre, which are connected by a two-storey glass atrium that is anchored by a reflective water feature surrounded by state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Other amenities include a yoga studio, spin studio, wet steam, dry sauna, hot tub and cold plunge and a private massage room.

In keeping with the Nobu lifestyle, there are private Nobu Villas which are an extension of ones’ living space and are designed to entertain your guests in lounge areas with fireplaces, large screen TVs, billiard tables and are connected to the chic outdoor terrace featuring barbecue prep decks.

Nobu Residences will also feature a private screening room, conference room and a private dining area with chef’s table. Other conveniences include a bicycle elevator with direct access to bicycle storage and a dog spa located in both the east and west residential lobbies.

“For many years we have searched for the perfect opportunity within Toronto to create a true luxury lifestyle destination befitting the acclaimed global city of Toronto and our international brand. We are truly excited to announce Nobu Residences, Hotel and Restaurant Toronto which we are crafting to be a game changer in residential living in Toronto and beyond,” says Trevor Horwell, CEO Nobu Hospitality.
