The southwest had always been the most sought-after residential neighbourhood in Calgary, and the young community of Creekstone again proves why.

This boutique community from Apex and Quadra Developments has enjoyed strong demand that has seen its first phase sell out with only a few duplex lots remaining in phase 3 and front drive garage homes in phase 2. “We are already selling into our Phase 3 out of the four phases planned for the community,” says Michelle Wilken, development coordinator at Apex Developments.
