What’s happening

Internationally-acclaimed actor and artist, Jane Seymour, unveiled her new “Open Heart” sculpture in Kingsland Junction Park at Kingsland Junction by Trico Communities. This 2-acre central community park built in 2020 embodies Trico Homes’ commitment to fostering empathy, compassion and collective well-being. “The unveiling of this sculpture is a proud moment for us, symbolizing our lasting legacy in the community that we hope will be enjoyed for many years to come,” says Michael Brown, President & CEO of Trico Homes.

Next phase of Alpine Park begins

Nine new showhomes opened in Alpine Park as the Dream community in Calgary’s new southwest begins its latest phase.

New courtyard showhomes with rear attached garages, laned homes and townhomes opened from Homes by Dream, Cardel Homes, Calbridge Homes, and Genesis Builder Group. Homes by Avi’s Woodland townhomes are also new to this popular urbanist community.

“Summer is often thought of as the slow season in Calgary’s housing market, but this year is proving anything but, and the opening of nine new showhomes in Alpine Park shows just how much excitement there is in Calgary right now,” says Michael Tandara, Dream’s Director Marketing, Western Canada Development.
