What’s happening Calbridge Homes seems to always find a way to top its grand prize showhomes and the 2022 Foothills Hospital Home Lottery continues the tradition of excellence. This year’s $2.7 million grand prize home in the four-season lake community of Mahogany in the southeast once again brings the homebuilder’s vaunted design prowess to the fore with its stunning take on modern lakefront living. The spectacular 5,700-square-foot, two-storey family backs onto Mahogany’s 63-acre lake and 21-acre beach area and features a covered deck on the main floor and enclosed heated patio area on the lower level that includes a media lounge area, outdoor patio, wet bar and theatre. Unfortunately, the showhome is not open to the public, but visitors can check out its photo gallery and buy tickets at foothillshospitalhomelottery.com.
