The Streams of Lake Mahogany is a hit
Excitement hummed through the crowd that gathered for the opening of Jayman BUILT’s The Streams of Lake Mahogany – some came hours before the actual event - and they were not disappointed as the latest bungalow villas in the southeast community impressed.
“Attendance was overwhelming with over 200 groups touring our showhomes,” says Jordan D’Haese, Sales Manager, Jayman BUILT. “A couple showed up at 9 a.m., three hours before the opening!” Attendees were entertained with live music from Alvin’s Jazz Club and delectable goodies.
The new showhomes opened to the public on October 1 and display the elevated and sophisticated lifestyle of The Streams. “Our landscaped streams and water features were completed and available for residents and visitors alike to enjoy. We also released several new quick possession and presale homes for that weekend.” Go to jayman.com/thestreams for more.

Chelsea makes history
History is happening in Chelsea as the dynamic, young Chestermere community not only opened new laned and front-drive garage showhomes but also unveiled a new park with a centrepiece that pays homage to the history and heritage
of this land.
Anthem Properties, Chelsea’s developer, installed an apple tree art feature as the centrepiece of Memorial Park at the heart of this community, just 20 minutes east of Calgary.
“The sculpture honours the contributions of the Hodgson family, which previously owned the land Chelsea is now on, in the growth of the community and Chestermere itself,” says Jenny Cawthorn, junior marketing manager at Anthem. “It will also mark the start of the new Pioneer Trail pathway that will tell the history of Chestermere.”
The fun-filled, family-friendly event on September 17 also marked the opening of four brand new laned and FDG showhomes from Luxuria Homes, Sterling Homes, Trico Homes, and Truman Homes. Find out more at chelsechestermere.com.
New showhomes in Harmony
Qualico Communities Calgary and Bordeaux Developments, co-developers of the community of Harmony, are pleased to announce the launch of new front-drive and rear-laned show home parades in this lake community just west of Calgary.
The Great Harmony Housewarming event took place on September 24 and saw the opening of spectacular front-drive showhomes from Baywest Homes, Broadview Homes and Sterling Homes Group starting from the $800,000s. The rear-laned parade features Sterling Homes and Daytona Homes starting from the high $700,000s.
“Each of these five show homes offers a vibrant energy in each builder’s interpretation of modern design and living.
