Heartwood opens Phase 2
The hit southeast community of Heartwood continues its rapid growth as presales opened for its next phase. “We have products ranging from townhomes, duplex laned, zero-lot laned, zero-lot front-drive attached, as well as traditional front-drive attached homes,” says Rohit Communities Marketing Manager, Daisy Lieu.
Showhomes are already open in the prior phase from Bedrock Homes, Rohit Homes, Genesis Builders, Jayman BUILT, and Trico Homes. “Phase 3 is coming soon too, with the same mix,” Lieu adds.

Nostalgia Townlet hits first milestone
The development of the visionary new community of Nostalgia Townlet in southeast Calgary took a major step forward with the completion of the paved road that makes it easier to visit the actual community site and sales centre by the banks of the Bow River.
“The new paved road is a continuation of 212 Ave SE bordering our community to the north. 52nd Street will terminate into Nostalgia Street connecting 212th to our grand entryway and main street called Nostalgia Street,” says Michael Klassen, Sales Manager Jayman BUILT Nostalgia Division.
