Fireside grows into next phase

Qualico unveils two new communities

Qualico Communities Is working hard to provide buyers with as many opportunities as possible to find their new home This past month, they unveiled two new communities around the Calgary area.

On June 28, Qualico Communities broke ground in Vantage Rise in Airdrie, and on July 20 they unveiled the much-anticipated Southbow Landing in Cochrane. Both are sure to attract attention with their well-placed location and affordability.

Seton StreetFest a success

Brookfield Residential held the biggest party of the season yet in their southeast community of Seton that saw the opening of several new showhomes that exemplify the sheer wonder of this amenity-rich, rapidly growing neighbourhood.
It was a good old fashioned block party with street dancers, roller skaters and a variety of food trucks that entertained the crowds that came in to celebrate the opening of Seton’s 11 new showhomes.
