Coventry Homes

On Sept.14, Coventry Homes had their new Dione showhome on display at the Keswick Landing Makers Market event. This two-storey showhome features over 2,100 sq. ft. of beautiful living space and includes Coventry’s first Oilers Kid Cave – a kid-approved version of their popular Oilers Fan Cave lifestyle package that’s filled with fun features. The home also presents its Executive Chef built-in package that includes a Kitchenaid 36” gas cook top and wall oven, plus modern two-toned cabinetry and waterfall quartz island. Another highlight is the home’s impressive master retreat, which showcases a reading nook, five-piece ensuite, and walk-in custom closet that is sure to delight your inner shopaholic. Check out showhome at 4408 Kinsella Green SW.

Laurel Crossing

Three gorgeous new showhomes opened their doors in south Edmonton for a Back to School event that was hosted on Sept. 7. The afternoon featured delicious Vietnamese eats from the Lemon Grass Grill food truck, face painting, a balloon artist, and a notebook decorating station for kids to kick off the school season in style. The stars of the event were the two-storey homes by Victory Homes, Parkwood Homes and Coventry Homes that guests toured through – each presenting a unique floorplan and interior design. This fantastic community is located just off 34th Street and 23rd Ave. and features a family-oriented neighbourhood filled with parks, greenspaces, walking trails – and even a charming community pond!

Dream Day

The community of Maple Crest celebrated Dream Day on Sept. 7, with a fun event for the whole family. Hundreds of attendees enjoyed exciting activities, including a barbecue, a bouncy castle, draw prizes and more! A variety of showhomes were also on display throughout the community – Landmark Homes, LOOK Homes, Bedrock Homes, Homes by Avi, Coventry Homes, and Crystal Creek Homes all included. Located in southeast Edmonton, Maple Crest offers plenty of fantastic amenities, such as a 75-acre natural reserve with shoreline walking paths and park space that extends through the scenic woodland ravine. It’s also just minutes away from great shopping, transit, and roadways – with easy access to Whitemud Drive and Anthony Henday Dr.
