Spruce Grove

On July 6, Beaverbrook Communities hosted a Fun in the Sun event in their Spruce Grove community of Greenbury. Guests enjoyed an afternoon of showhome touring, while also being treated to delicious food and crowd-pleasing activities. Throughout the day, Orbit Food Truck was on-site serving up some street eats, and Pinocchio Ice Cream made for the perfect summer dessert. There was also a bouncy castle, balloon artist, and train ride tour of the community - which were all big hits with attendees. Greenbury features beautiful brownstone architecture and offers townhomes, duplexes and single-family home options. Explore showhomes from Alquinn Homes, Dolce Vita Homes, Western Living Homes, and San Rufo Homes within this charming community. Homes are now available with prices starting from $315,000.

Community BBQ

The Village at Griesbach held a BBQ at the Barracks event on July 6 & 7. The weekend event celebrated the community’s military heritage with over 1,000 guests coming out to enjoy a hamburger BBQ, kids bouncy castle, face paint artist, and community legacy tours in a military troop transport truck! Plus, visitors who toured the showhomes had the chance to enter to win a Fantasy Land Hotel Getaway or a gift card package worth $300. Situated just 12 minutes from downtown, the Village at Griesbach has flourished into one of north Edmonton’s most desirable new home destinations. Numerous home styles are available within this Canada Lands Company community and are presented from a variety of exceptional builders - including Concept Homes, Coventry Homes, Pacesetter Homes, Homes by Avi, and Impact Homes.
