Fun fall fair for all

It was a fun day Sunday, Nov. 17 at eQ Homes’ Fall Fair at its eQuinelle community in Kemptville. Participants were treated to face painting, games, food, hot chocolate and the pièce-de-résistance, horse-drawn carriage rides by Todd and Bill. Visit the eQuinelle Sales Centre at 74 Equinelle Drive, Kemptville to learn more about this fantastic community.

Opening of Harold Brown Park

Cardel Homes Ottawa officially opened Harold Brown Park Nov. 16, located down the road from the presentation centre in Creekside. Afterwards, there was an open-house public consultation session at 764 Kirkham Crescent, Richmond to talk with senior land development manager Chris Collins about the upcoming Creekside 2. Participants were treated to a delicious hot chocolate buffet!

City Towns in Fernbank

On Nov. 23, potential homeowners lined up their lawn chairs early at 632 Cope Drive in Stittsville to get ahead of the crowd at eQ Homes’ final release of its popular City Towns in Fernbank Crossing. The three-storey townhomes start in the mid-$300s, with two-and three-bedroom designs and space for two cars. Those who attended saved $1,000 on a choice of cash back, design upgrades, or both.

Going, going, almost gone

Sometimes it pays to be an early bird! Eager future homeowners slept outside overnight to be first in line Nov. 23 for Valecraft Homes’ new lot release in Rathwell Landing, 670 Parade Drive in Stittsville. The friendly bunch were kept warm with a portable gas fireplace and there were lots of chairs to share ‘round. The owner of Lorenzo Pizza, who has a family member who purchased a home in Rathwell Landing, stopped by and fed the crowd free slices. It was a busy day filled with smiling faces as 20 of the 28 lots were reserved in one day!
