Concord Adex has announced its latest acquisition, Concord Sky, formerly a project belonging to YSL Development.

Concord Sky will be the country’s second tallest residential tower higher than 980 ft., and the fourth tallest structure overall.

Centrally located at Yonge and Gerrard streets, it will be home to approximately 1,100 homes and is scheduled to be completed in 2026.

Concord Adex says it will be upgrading the original specifications to better suit a development of this stature and its future residents. concordsky.ca

One Delisle penthouses include an NFT commission

The recent preview of a collection of penthouses at One Delisle was also an opportunity to experience Toronto’s first non-fungible token (NFT) commission by a real estate developer.

An NFT is a digital token that allows for transparency when buying and selling unique items such as drawings, songs or animated GIFs using blockchain technology.

Each purchaser of a penthouse residence at the Slate Asset Management project will become the sole owner of a digital piece of artwork by Petra Cortright, an LA-based artist.

Located in Toronto’s midtown neighbourhood, One Delisle is the first project in Canada designed by world-renowned architect Jeanne Gang and her firm, Studio Gang.

Each distinct penthouse spans one-third or one-half of the 16-sided building. onedelisle.com
