‘untitled Toronto’ begins construction at Yonge and Eglinton

Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties just celebrated the start of construction at “untitled Toronto” at Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue East – a much-anticipated collaboration with Pharrell Williams.

untitled will feature 751 units split between a two-tower residential development, with a shared podium.

Williams is a Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter and entrepreneur who launched ventures such as The Goodtime Hotel, which recently opened in Miami.

The collaboration with Reserve and Westdale marks his first experience with a multi-residential project, something the development team purposefully sought out when they first approached the artist.

Eye-catching townhomes in Regent Park are eco-friendly

Concord’s new garden pop-up is an Hermès-inspired oasis

Concord just announced details regarding its Secret Garden, an urban oasis located in the heart of Toronto and in celebration of Concord Canada House, a two-tower, 79-storey residential condominium, and the newest addition to Toronto’s skyline.

A nod to the Hermès rooftop garden “Un Jardin sur le Toit” in Paris, the Secret Garden pop-up is located at the downtown Toronto Concord presentation centre and is an illustration of Concord Canada House’s signature indoor/outdoor living space.
