Ready to launch?

The Bogner Group has applied for a development permit to the City of Vancouver to redevelop six former single-family lots on West 41st near Columbia Street. The development, known as The Bromley, will consist of 40 contemporary townhomes. Designed by RH Architects, the architect on the project, Vincent Yen, says the Bogner Group is waiting for the city’s approval before it can move forward with launching The Bromley to the public. If approved, The Bromley will consist of 2.5-storey townhomes along the lane, with one-storey apartments along 41st, with a landscaped courtyard in between them.

Sync Properties opened its presentation centre in Surrey’s Cloverdale Town Centre for its newest project, Hepburn. Century Group ‘s newest master-planned community, North Surrey’s Century City Holland Park, has been designed with a food-centric philosophy. A pivotal collaboration
