It’s a great place to live, work, and play, a secret gem within the Township of Langley. It’s a place where you’re not just buying a home, you’re buying an entire community.

Introducing Keystone, an intimate collection of 85 townhomes located in the heart of Langley’s Carvolth Village.

“This is a neighbourhood where you really have it all,” says Tyra Sauriol, sales manager.

“You’re close to shopping and restaurants, parks and schools, including Yorkson Middle School, R.E. Mountain Secondary, Richard Bulpitt Elementary as well as Walnut Grove School of Music and Dance. Even more exciting, it’s just a five-minute walk to the future High Street where you’ll find a charming collection of small boutiques, cafés, and intriguing galleries, and you’ll frequently see locals simply hanging out together enjoying the scenery or swapping stories.”

And here’s good news for anyone who works in Vancouver or other parts of the Lower Mainland. Keystone is just a few minutes away from the Carvolth Bus Exchange, and Highway 1 is easily accessible. So, your daily commute just got better.

Quality to count on

Archwood Developments is a family-run, local developer who’s hired Peak Construction to build these homes. Peak has been building in the lower mainland for over 25 years. They’re both a trusted part of the community and an involved neighbour,” Tyra says.

As a way to introduce Keystone to the community, they hosted a popular Maker’s Market right outside the sales centre in September. “For the first market, we had over 20 local artisans and a couple of food trucks. Visitors were surprised and delighted when they discovered what the local community has to offer here. And, of course, being able to check out the brand-new display home made the day even more special.”

Got a fancy for ghosts and goblins? At Halloween, the sales centre will be transformed into a haunted house. Stay tuned for more details.

A place to grow

Inside, Keystone offers spacious, sunny floorplans with either three or four bedrooms— clearly, these are homes you grow into not out of, so young families can look forward to truly putting down roots.

Then there are all the little extras that make so much difference: Details like a side-by-side garage, a gas outlet on your patio for a barbecue, and even, for a limited time only, air conditioning.

Homes will be clustered around a central courtyard that’s sure to become a favourite gathering place. Kids will have their own playground, although with so many nearby parks and trails, there’s plenty of outdoor exploration to be had.

And since this is one of the first townhome offerings in the Carvolth Village neighbourhood, it’s a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an evolving community. “People from Burnaby, the Tri-Cities, even Richmond and Maple Ridge are discovering how easy it is to access everything here,” Tyra says. No-compromise living at its finest.
