“People are impressed by the galley-style kitchen with its huge island as well as the owners’ suite with its great ensuite and large walk-in closet,” he says. “The home offers a well-designed floor plan and big windows making the space feel bright and open, and the stairs are tucked off to the side so you have no wasted space.”

The Sienna presents an inviting feel right from the foyer with its light-toned distressed look laminated flooring and warm grey and white colour scheme.
