Luxury condos at Hamilton's Royal Connaught

Luxury housing is booming in Toronto and elsewhere in the GTA, and is now extending as far west as Hamilton with luxury condos, and even Grimsby.

Case in point, the exclusive Penthouse Collection at the Residences of Royal Connaught in downtown Hamilton – private and secluded skyline residences in a thriving downtown core.

“We wanted to create a luxury home deserving of the historic Royal Connaught address," says Rudi Spallacci, President of the Spallacci Group. "The Penthouse Collection is a first for Hamilton, offering exceptional design and privacy with an unbeatable urban lifestyle.”

Suites feature oversized windows, soaring 16-ft.-high ceilings, highlighting phenomenal views. Looking south, a green canopy blankets the lush escarpment while to the north, the city’s bright lights lead to the waterfront.

At penthouse level, expansive two-storey suites are designed for the social lifestyles of urban dwellers. Gourmet kitchens feature state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, with extended designer cabinetry and stylish granite countertops. Cleverly anchored around a convenient island, guests can enjoy cocktails and conversation while busy chefs prepare the main course.

Master bedrooms are bright and serene, with an oversized walk-in closet and ensuite with a lavish soaker tub and a rain shower that invites relaxation. The upstairs includes an additional bedroom.

“With the Penthouse Collection, we wanted to introduce a refined home that compliments the metropolitan lifestyle that this location affords. These are some of the most exquisite homes in the city,” says Ted Valeri, president of Valery Homes.

Outside these luxury condos, new foodie destinations and quaint cafes are just steps away from the Connaught’s front door, and there's the scenic Bayfront Park or a trip to the farmers’ market. For commuting convenience, two GO stations are within a five-minute walk in either direction.

The Penthouse Collection of The Residences of Royal Connaught will offer new luxury condos in the historic west wing of the building.

With a selection of designs ranging from 555 to 1,473 sq. ft., purchasers can customize their penthouse and sub-penthouse suites with looks ranging from classic to a more contemporary aesthetic. Condominium suites start from $446,990. The restored lobby houses the presentation centre and model suite at the corner of King and John in Hamilton. Phase 1 occupancy is expected for 2016.
