October 10, 2020
Marlin Spring and Greybrook Realty Partners recently broke ground at Symphony Towns, a development comprising 212 townhomes on Harmony Road in Oshawa.
Gathered to celebrate the milestone were team members from both Marlin Spring and Greybrook, along with Benjamin Bakst, CEO and co-founder of Marlin Spring, and Peter Politis, CEO and Partner of Greybrook.
The community will feature family-size townhouse homes that will be nestled in a thriving, mature existing neighbourhood within minutes from GO and VIA rail stations and from Hwys. 401, 407 and 412.
“Symphony Towns continues to exceed expectations, and this is as much a result of the team’s capabilities and efforts, but also a show of the resilience and fortitude of the city of Oshawa and region of Durham,” says Pedro Lopes, senior vice-president of developments, Marlin Spring.
Located at Harmony Road and Taylor Avenue in Oshawa’s established Parklands community, Symphony Towns is encircled by the best amenities Oshawa has to offer.
The development will include a centrally located park named The Dale Hawerchuk Park, in memory of the NHL Hall of Fame member, who grew up just steps away, and who recently passed away.
Symphony Towns features two- and three-storey townhomes with ample backyard space, centred around a charming parkette.
Hunt Design Associates Incorporated designed the contemporary homes with inspired combinations of brick and stone with detailed masonry work, gracious covered porches, charming balconies and porticos and spacious garages.
Interior design by U31 complements the exterior with a variety of natural materials and textures for a sophisticated atmosphere.
