Morrison Homes opening seven new showhomes in Edmonton

An award-winning home builder whose name buyers have come to trust to provide quality craftsmanship, great features and smart designs is expanding into three Edmonton communities this summer, offering more opportunity for buyers to get into their fabulous homes.

By the end of the summer we will be in seven communities with more than 20 showhomes to visit.”

Morrison has seven new showhomes under construction in three family-friendly communities in southwest Edmonton: Chappelle Gardens, Glenridding Ravine and Paisley at Heritage Valley, all opening this summer. Morrison is currently preselling in all three communities.

“Glenridding Ravine is Edmonton’s newest southwest community and we will have one front attached garage with the 2,043-sq.-ft. Montgomery and two laned showhomes – the 1,339-sq.-ft. Dexter and 1,521-sq.-ft. Indigo – opening the beginning of July,” she says.

Filled with tall trees and greenspaces, this gorgeous neighbourhood presents an environment that is both exclusive and tranquil. Morrison Homes will also open one front attached garage showhome – the 1,944-sq.-ft. Cassidy – and two laned showhomes – the 1,574-sq.-ft. Linden and 1,447-sq.-ft. Sonoma – in Chappelle Gardens at the end of June.

Chappelle Gardens is located just off Ellerslie Road and minutes away from both Hwy. 2 and Anthony Henday Road, making it one of southwest Edmonton’s most sought-after new home destinations.
