The Chelsea Maple Station community is Aspen Ridge's new community located in Vaughan, Ontario. The four model homes that were recently released give prospective buyers an inside peek into one of Maple's up-and-coming areas.
One of our favourite models is the one designed by Sabrina Albanese, who gave us a guided tour of the impressive home, discussing the spacious layout, features, decor and upgrades of the townhome. While home sizes at the Chelsea start at 1,875 sq. ft., the model we toured was 2,378 sq. ft., and was perfectly designed for a young couple or family. With features like "the chick cave" and "man cave," quaint nursery, warm colours, high ceilings (nine ft.), modern furniture and stained oak veneer staircase, this modern home showcases the lifestyle possibilities of this stylish community set within a mature neighbourhood.
Location is also a huge upside to the Chelsea Maple Station community, situated in close proximity to schools, grocery stories, the Maple GO Station, Eagles Nest Golf Club and Vaughan Mills shopping centre.
