Axis currently offers three models with two or three bedrooms. The Y model features a single-attached garage with a developable basement, this popular model has been our flagship since our inception and we only have 7 of them left at Axis “We will have units available for possession by winter this year,” Schaaf says.

The X Model has a double tandem garage and a great open concept flexible main floor and will have units ready for quick possession by this fall. And the Z model comes with a double-attached garage, a spacious main floor and will be ready for occupancy in spring next year.
