Empire Communities' Eau Du Soleil will rise as one of Toronto's most iconic waterfront condominiums on Sat., May 23 at 2183 Lake Shore Blvd. W. with a thrilling ground-breaking event featuring the ceremonial dig followed by live entertainment, spectacular performances and mouth-watering food trucks that will astound all in attendance. This milestone event is open to the community.

The new, expansive Terrace Suites that blend outdoor and indoor living seamlessly will also be released to mark this momentous event. At Eau Du Soleil it’s hard to tell where the dazzling waterfront vistas begin and the luxury suites end.

“With the ground-breaking at Eau Du Soleil, we’re moving forward in defining a new way of waterfront living in Toronto,” says Paul A. Golini Jr., co-founder and executive vice-president, Industry Relations, Empire Communities. “With the incredible views, the Terrace Suites offer and resort-inspired amenities you’re connected to the outdoors without having to leave.”

Located on Humber Bay along the shores of Lake Ontario, the two Eau Du Soleil towers will resemble the sails of a luxury yacht rising 700 ft. into the sky. The towers will converge on a multi-storey podium and feature breathtaking views of the downtown skyline, the blue expanse of water and the lush greenspace of parks.

Designed by world renowned Zeidler Partnership and E.I. Richmond Architects, Eau Du Soleil’s Waterview Suites feature the Terrace Collection. The one- bedroom-plus-den suite offers a stunning linear terrace that runs the length of the living room and bedroom that’s perfect for admiring the gorgeous skyline.

“The Terrace Collection will make it seem like you have your own backyard in the sky,” says Golini. “The terraces range in size from 480 to 1,243 sq. ft. so you’re getting an ample amount of outdoor space in a downtown condo.”

In addition to the spacious terraces, balconies and patios blurring the line between outdoor and indoor living are the resort-inspired amenities. The seventh-floor Infinity Terrace features a bar, lounge seating, cabanas, barbecue and fire pit overlooking the lake. In the exclusive lounges and party room with wet bar and kitchen, residents can take in stunning views while hosting guests. To soak in the incredible view on summer days, there’s the beautifully landscaped outdoor garden.

For health and wellness enthusiasts, spa-inspired amenities boast an indoor salt water pool and whirlpool with floor to ceiling outdoor views, professionally-equipped exercise room, Cross Fit training zone, yoga and Pilates studio, a spin room, mixed martial arts room and an outdoor multi-purpose sky court.

Residents who love experiencing the outdoors are close to all that Humber Bay offers. Residents can step outside their front door for swimming and sailing at an array of beaches and marinas. For those wanting to stay dry, there’s the nearby boardwalk and Martin Goodman Trail for walking, jogging and rollerblading. For foodies and shoppers there are fabulous restaurants and shops in nearby Bloor West Village and Roncesvalles Village.

Eau Du Soleil is close to transit with the Gardiner Expressway, Mimico GO station and the TTC just outside the front door. Nearby Hwy. 427 and QEW provide speedy routes to the north and west.

At Eau Du Soleil, all luxurious suites feature 9- or 10-ft. ceilings, walk-in closets and gourmet kitchens with custom-designed contemporary cabinets. Stylish interiors and finishes include plank laminate engineered flooring, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
