Homes of captivating elegance and stylish functionality have always been the hallmark of Trico Homes, but their new Legacy Collection front-attached garage and laned home models raise the bar even higher.

Now, everyone can see just how much higher in their new Legacy Collection showhomes in the southeast community of Seton.

The front-drive garage home, The Encore, and the laned home, The Bravo, are part of Trico Homes’ Legacy Collection which were designed to mark the homebuilder’s 30th anniversary milestone last year. They exemplify the best of what Trico has learned from the market in the last three decades of building homes in Calgary and its surrounding areas. “This collection of anniversary homes was curated through years of experience, innovation, and continuous improvement,” says Glenda Schwartz, Trico Homes’ Director of Marketing.

“For our 30th Anniversary Legacy Collection, we’ve taken some of the most popular features and options, from some of our most popular models, and created a design that’s really captured the spirit of our legacy,” she adds.

Each Legacy home exudes a timeless elegance, seamlessly blending traditional architectural elements with modern comforts. From meticulously designed floor plans to exquisite finishes, every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a home that is as beautiful as it is functional.

The Encore and Bravo showhomes are among the four new showhomes that Trico opened in the fast-growing community of Seton, that also includes the Monroe (front-drive) and the always popular Raeya (laned home).
