Winners announced for 2023 CHBA-ER Awards of Excellence in Housing

The best of the best of Edmonton’s new home industry are celebrated, as the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Edmonton Region announces the winners of the 2023 Awards of Excellence in Housing.
Innovation, style, and inspiration took the spotlight as the local industry honoured the best in class for 2023. Cantiro was the big winner at the gala awards night held at the Edmonton Convention Centre on March 18, as the homebuilder and land developer amassed a total of 16 awards, including Builder of the Year-Multi-Family, and Builder of the Year-Large Volume.
They also took home the Industry Leadership Award, along with a host of other awards for sales, marketing and home design.
Justin Gray Homes was named Builder of the Year-Small Volume. And Jayman BUILT came away with a dozen awards, the second biggest total for the night.
“I am very thrilled to congratulate our members who, through dedication, creativity and innovation, truly exemplify the best in the residential construction industry,” says Laura Bruno, CEO, CHBA-ER. “The Awards of Excellence is our opportunity to honour our talented members who continue to develop and build beautiful homes.”
A total of 67 categories were vied for, up from 64 last year. A total of 94 awards were handed out with multiple winners being named in the Sales Volume portion of the evening. Overall, more than 40 different builders, developers, renovators, and general members went home with at least one award.
