Atria is a multi-generational, family-owned development company founded in 2000 and helmed today by Hans Jain, one of the sons of its original founder, Gyan Jain. The I-ZONE live/work lofts, Atria’s first project, played a significant role in the revitalization of Leslieville. This industrial neighbourhood had fallen on hard times, but the project helped transform it into one of the most desirable areas for people in the arts and cultural industries to live, work, and play. Atria's involvement was a key part of this transformation, contributing to the neighbourhood's resurgence and appeal.
