Haysboro is a quiet residential neighbourhood in the Southwest of Calgary. South of Heritage Drive and North of Southland Drive, Haysboro has the convenience of box stores on Macleod Trail, the natural beauty of Glenmore Reservoir to the West and several schools and churches, making it an ideal location for families.

You won’t find any bars or restaurants in the area but that doesn’t stop the neighbours from hosting block parties, parades and community get-togethers. Heritage Station is the closest LRT line but, for many residents, driving is a more practical option for getting around the city. Macleod Trail runs North to South while Heritage Drive will allow drivers to access East to West roadways. Haybsoro is roughly eight kms away from downtown, making it easy to come and go from the city.
For families and individuals looking to settle down, this neighbourhood provides all the comforts you could need. It’s safe, friendly and focused on providing amenities for children. With many school zones, don’t expect to drive through this area very fast (the speed limit is 30 kms on half of the thoroughfares).
This part of the Southwest is well known for expensive homes but Haysboro is one exception where detached homes (mostly bungalows) are quite affordable compared to other single-family homes in the city. Prospective buyers looking for smaller and more affordable options can also find reasonably priced condos for sale in the area.
Located on Elbow Drive, Anytime Fitness is the place to go to work up a sweat. Afterwards, you have a series of shops right next door to finish all your errands.
