Just BBQ has changed its menu due to the local emergency. They’re now offering delicious Taiwanese-style meal box combos – fish, chicken, beef, lamb, etc. – which comes with soup and fruit. Native Tongues Taqueria

Seed N Salt

Pho Dau Bo

I don’t know about you, but I can’t go longer than a week without a good bowl of pho. I prefer ordering from Pho Dau Bo on International Avenue because it’s got some of the best spicy beef sate soup in the city. – www.phodaubovietnamese.com – 403-272-5160

The Bro’Kin Yolk

I’ve been grabbing breakfast poutines from this restaurant in Signal Hill on the regular, although they do have three locations in Calgary. I highly recommend the truffle and ham poutine as it’s one of the best brekkie poutines I’ve had in the city! – www.brokinyolk.ca – multiple locations

Sushi Bar Zipang

Before the lockdown, Zipang was one of the busiest sushi restaurants in the city – and for good reason. You just have to try Zipang’s thick and fresh sashimi slices and traditional-style sushi rolls! Top notch! – www.zipang.ca – 403-262-1888
