For more than 25 years, Rosehaven Homes has built more than 7,500 homes across the Greater Toronto Area, distinguished both by the craftsmanship of the homes and the communities that have developed around them. This year, new communities in Ancaster, Brampton and Oakville have joined their ranks, all selling out. Despite the unprecedented challenges brought by 2020, Rosehaven has been able to offer homebuyers some measure of comfort and stability.

With a reputation for accessible elegance, these newly sold lowrise dwellings are distinguished by their timeless architecture, dazzling interiors and features such as extended ceilings, spacious closets, exquisite flooring and fine-crafted cabinetry and appliances.

The Tiffany Hill community in Ancaster brings a distinct sense of luxury to the historic town nestled at the foot of the Niagara Escarpment. The freehold and condo townhomes sold out in just four days, followed by the remaining luxurious single-detached models on 45-ft. lots.

In Brampton, Mount Pleasant’s award-winning Urban Towndominiums, with their slick cubic architecture, also sold out in just four days. In the broader Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant, 26 elegant models range from 1,637 to 3,725 sq. ft., moments from all of Brampton’s amenities, and even closer to acres of parkland and natural wetlands, also released with incredibly high consumer demand.

Ivy Rouge, Oakville’s best new family destination, and one of the first in the country that will go bottle-free with a state-of-the-art water filtration system, has found satisfied buyers for 106 of its homes. Anchor Woods, a new community in the bucolic Holland Landing in East Gwillimbury, has sold 112 of its homes.

New releases are coming soon, with dozens of models on offer for single-detached homes and townhomes.

Building on its long history in Bradford, the next phase of Rosehaven’s Dreamfields community will see the rise of new singles just moments from the tranquil Holland River, as well as Hwy. 400 and the GO station. The new On The Ridge community in Stoney Creek will be similarly close to major transportation nodes.

The single-detached homes feature nine-ft. ceilings, large entertainment spaces, open-concept layouts and eat-in kitchens.

For upscale lowrise living in prestigious Olde Oakville, there’s La Reserve, an exclusive collection of just six premium freehold towns by the lake. Unparalleled finishes, refined design, private elevators and one of the last-ever rooftop terraces in the city are among the coveted features.
