Copperstone releases Modern and Executive Style Homes in Phase 4

Excitement is ramping up in Copperstone, as Vesta Properties announces the release of Phase 4 of this dynamic, young community in the southeast that will see the debut of new home styles, some of which haven’t been available in the area for more than 10 years.

On July 24 and 25, Vesta Properties will be releasing 51 modern single-family homes and 14 larger Executive Single-Family Homes that will cater to needs of growing families looking for their forever home.

Homebuyers can choose from the Modern Single-Family Home and the Executive Single-Family Home, each with a double attached front-drive garage and a varied set of floorplans to fit contemporary or multigenerational lifestyles and everything in between.

The Modern Single-Family Homes range from 2,015 to 2,508 square-feet; while the Executive Single Family Homes are from 2,508 to 2,934 square-feet. Some of the latter will have walk-out lots that back onto Copperstone’s impressive greenspace areas and regional pathway system.

“We are excited to announce the upcoming release of our Phase 4 in Copperstone.” says Vesta Sales Manager, AJ van der Linden. “These types of larger homes have not been available to buy new in the Copperfield area for at least 10 years now.”

He believes there is definite demand for these larger homes in Copperstone that has the distinct advantage of having a built-out community with all the necessary amenities already surrounding it.

And with prices starting from the $500,000s for the Modern homes, and in the $600,000s for the Executive homes, all including GST, they will likely sell fast.

“These homes will be perfect for families with school-age children. And with the option of adding a legal basement suite with side entry, it is perfect for multi-generational living or as a mortgage helper,” van der Linden says.

Besides the legal basement suites and private side door entrance, Vesta is also offering a full range of customizable options that has never been as readily available before.

Among the new custom options now available for single-family homes in Copperstone are framing preferences that can include vaulted ceilings, open stairwell or fourth bedroom options. Buyers also get a wider choice in finishings from interior colours to cabinet hardware and everything in between. There is also a full range of add-on features that they have access to, including gas ranges, decks, and barbecue gas lines.

 

 

There is even $9,000 worth of limited-time incentives to further sweeten the pot, including a blinds package, luxury vinyl flooring, slide-in range and fridge with water and ice dispensers.

Van der Linden says that homes in Phase 4 are decidedly aimed at the upscale market. “They will come with some of the highest standard features around and are designed to provide more living space to suit today’s modern family life, including larger home offices, dens, bonus rooms and even bigger bathrooms.”

The Executive homes will also be on larger lots, some as big as 38-foot-wide and 110-feet deep. “Families will feel that they have the freedom to grow and comfortably set down roots,” he adds.

Vesta is also adapting a more contemporary look for these homes including Modern Farmhouse and Prairie exteriors that are more fitting for the high-end look of the neighbourhood.

Copperstone is located in the heart of this built-out community in the southeast and residents already get to enjoy all the amenities surrounding the community. It is within walking distance to two elementary schools (public and separate) the bustling commercial centre along 130th Ave. SE is just a five-minute drive away, and even the world-class South Health Campus hospital and a massive recreation centre is just down the road.
