Coventry Homes’ affiliate, Impact Homes, has the brand-new Vasa showhome in Rosemont in West Edmonton. “The Vasa is a sleek rear detached garage model, perfect for growing families looking for a balance of space and style in a quiet, connected community.”

She adds that a top comment they are getting from visitors to the Cyrus showhome is the immediate sense of grandeur. “With a standard width of 26 feet, the foyer with 10-foot main floor ceiling heights and open-to-above staircase, the home feels grand and spacious.
