Encore offers a ready-made lifestyle

The southwest has always been the preferred sector for building family homes, but it is not exactly the most affordable. Enter: Encore West Grove Estates - now more homebuyers will be able to enjoy the life that so many have already found in this one-of-a-kind neighbourhood.
Sales start in October at Encore West Grove Estates, the latest in Bri-mor Development’s string of successful communities in West Calgary, and signs are very encouraging that the renowned developer has another hit in its hands.
“Feedback has been great so far,” says Bri-mor Developments Managing Director, Aleem Dhanani. “West Calgary, and West Grove Estates in particular, is an aspirational area and by using a more efficient layout of our lots we have been able to create an even greater value proposition for homeowners, without sacrificing the size of home or lifestyle value.”
Encore is the continuation of Bri-mor’s successful West Grove Estates development that also includes The Rise at West Grove Estates. These communities just off 85th St. and Bow Trail have become the standard for a balanced lifestyle in the southwest with their offerings of upscale homes in an amenity-rich setting. Encore West Grove Estates brings affordability to the mix.
“West Grove Estates and the Rise at West Grove Estates were both well received by the market and, to respond to this demand, we have now released 64 lots as part of Encore West Grove Estates,” Dhanani says.
“We anticipate similar success in Encore as the market has been indicating that there is a lot of demand for quality efficient homes in this neighbourhood. With the success of West Grove Estates and The Rise, a homeowner at Encore will join a fully built out community with over seven acres of greenspace, as well as access to family and lifestyle amenities within a few minutes’ drive away,” he adds.
These include at least nine private and charter schools in the immediate area along with 12 public schools; the Westside Recreation Centre, soccer fields and numerous other sports facilities; and a mere two-minute drive to access over 250,000 square-feet of retail amenities along the 85th Street corridor.
Residents in The Rise and West Grove Estates know first-hand the lifestyle benefits of living here brings, and response was instantaneous when word went out that pre-sales are starting at Encore.

The new Cedarglen Homes show home at The Rise reflect these sensibilities. The three-story double garage home The Huxley 3ST 26 is made for comfort and style in equal measure.
