Cantiro makes a splash in Calgary

There is much excitement in the northwest community of Arbour Lake West, as Cantiro Homes starts selling the second phase of their landmark Cantiro Townhomes at Arbour Lake West.

This is the first major development of the Edmonton-based builder and land developer in Calgary, and it is already a tremendous success with 70 per cent of Phase 1 already snapped up. Offering stylishly affordable three-storey townhomes and stacked townhomes, the development has been a big hit with an equal mix of investors, first-time homebuyers, and downsizers.

“We are incredibly grateful and excited to join the Calgary market with our Arbour Lake West Townhomes. The warm reception we’ve received so far has been truly inspiring. At Cantiro, we’re committed to delivering exceptional homes that enhance the lives of our residents, and we’re honored to bring that dedication to this vibrant and thriving community,” says Jennifer Dechaine, Cantiro Vice President, Sales.

Arbour Lake West Townhomes brings a total of 135 three-storey and stacked townhomes to Calgary’s only northwest lake community. Find out more at cantiro.ca/arbour.
