The community of Élan marked the arrival of summer with its Summer Solstice Festival on Saturday, June 21 – featuring a lively afternoon that brought together families, friends, and future homeowners for a celebration of the season in the heart of Parc Réunis. Guests were encouraged to bring their picnic blankets and lawn chairs, and enjoy the park’s open green spaces, and a live DJ kept the summer vibes going, setting the tone for an afternoon filled with community spirit and easygoing fun. At the center of the action was the festival passport challenge – a creative way to explore showhomes by Cantiro Homes, Crystal Creek Homes, Homes by Avi, Hopewell Residential, and Sher-Bilt. Guests who collected a stamp from each home were entered into a draw for a Yeti ROADIE® cooler – the perfect summer companion!
There was plenty to enjoy for all ages, with face paintin, balloon art, crêpes and frozen treats from Yelo’d Ice Cream. The festival also gave visitors a chance to appreciate what makes Elan and Beaumont so unique.
