What’s happening The Teddy Bear Fun Fest was back in full swing on Saturday, May 10 at Rundle Park. Families, friends, and community members came together for the annual 5 km run, walk, and roll – all in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation. Presented by Homes by Avi, this beloved annual event is a powerful demonstration of support for children’s health care in Alberta. Over 1,300 participants laced up and helped raise over $230,000 to support the 324,000+ patient visits the Stollery sees each year. That support goes a long way in helping the Stollery provide the best possible care for kids, funding everything from specialized equipment to life-changing programs, research, and training.
