Meridian, Logel Homes’ third development in Seton, is going up at the very heart of this community but with a noticeable difference. “We’ll be a 5-minute walk from Market Street, which brings a distinct downtown vibe to the community,” LePage says.

And Meridian is only steps away from it.”

Meridian itself will be one of the biggest and most ambitious undertakings for Logel Homes. “It’s an exciting development for us – 790 units across 10 buildings. We’re also building what we call Clocktower Green, a central gathering space where residents can enjoy outdoor barbecues and dining areas, bocce courts, and lounge areas,” LePage adds. Sales are presently conducted at their Seton West showhome nearby, and an on-site sales centre will be opening soon.
