The 2023 finalists for CHBA ER Awards of Excellence in Housing

Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Edmonton Region is pleased to announce the 310 finalists for the 2023 Awards of Excellence in Housing, presented by Star Mechanical.

The Awards feature 66 individual categories including Single Family, Multi-Family, Infill, Garden/Secondary Suite, Renovation, Sales Centre, Advertising, Development, Leadership, Environmental, Builders’ Choice, Sales Volume, and Salespeople.

The three Builder of the Year awards will be presented to the highest scoring builders in the small-volume, large-volume, and multi-family categories. Finalists for Builder of the Year must demonstrate leadership in design, sales, advertising, and customer satisfaction.

“The Awards of Excellence exemplify member creativity in the residential construction industry,” said Bruno. “From builders and renovators to service providers and suppliers, to the development of new communities and the creation of unique advertising campaigns, the Awards of Excellence showcases the talent of our membership and their ability to demonstrate ingenuity and innovation in building throughout the Edmonton region,” said Laura Bruno, CEO, CHBA – ER.

“We are truly excited to honour our members who continue to build beautiful places to call home,” said Bruno.
The winners will be announced on March 18, 2023, at the Awards of Excellence in Housing gala that will take place at the Edmonton Convention Centre. A partial list of finalists follows, for the complete list, go to chbaedmonton.ca.
