It once housed the Maple Leaf Rubber Co., until Lincoln Fabrics assumed ownership in 1955 and operated until 2017. "Artisans will restore the high ceilings and arched windows, and the thick, brick walls will be brought back to life," says Rosen.

Located in a new nine-storey building, will be the Harbour Estates Penthouse Collection. Units here, will be crafted as an expression of elegance and refined aesthetics. Generous designs are appreciated by those who are looking to downsize – but not too much. A three-bedrom, plus den, unit spans 2,300 square feet, and includes a 1,237-square-foot terrace.These incredible two-storey penthouses will provide an open-concept feel, with the main living and entertainment areas situated on the lower level, and the bedrooms on the second floor.
